Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions will apply when puchases are made through the Paper & Plastics web site.
Postage and delivery
All items are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce standard services unless otherwise stated. Packages are covered by normal Post Office insurance. If a signed-for service is required or if additional insurance is required to a greater value this can provided at an additional cost, please ask for details if this is required.
All stated postage charges are for UK delivery only. If overseas delivery is needed please contact me for details of the additional cost. I try to post all orders within 3 working days of the payment being received.
If payment is by cheque orders will be dispatched within 3 days of cheque clearance. Cheques to be made payable to D Neill.
Taxes and import duties
The payment of all local taxes, import duties or tariffs is the full responsibility of the purchaser. All items will be sent as commercial goods.
Returns and refunds
Please advise by e-mail of any damage or missing items within 48hrs of receipt of goods. Items may be returned only if these are not as described. They must be returned in as-sold condition and with original packaging (where possible). Return postage costs are not refundable. Please ensure that proof of postage is obtained when returning any item. Refunds will be subject to the item being returned in as-sold condition.
Description of goods
I take every care to ensure that the descriptions are as accurate as possible. All items are vintage and will therefore have the normal wear associated with such items. If further information is needed on the condition of any item please ask for a specific condition report.
Packaging
Wherever possible I reuse any packing materials that I receive so as to avoid using lots of new packaging. I am not being a cheapskate if the item when you receive it is packed in reused materials I am just trying to minimise the use of new materials and the environmental impact. Sometimes I do need to use new packaging but only when necessary.
Privacy of customer information
All customer information is used only for the processing of any purchase and for no other purposes. Customer information is never passed on to 3rd parties.
If you require your details to be deleted from my system following completion of the transaction please advise and any information will be deleted following confirmation from the purchaser of the safe receipt of the item concerned.
