Quiet scene with the hotel on what used to be the Great North Road. The hotel looks very much the same today, although it has lost one of its hanging signs.
The card is unposted and undated but I would guess that it dates from the 1950's.
The publisher is F Frith & Co Ltd in their Frith's Series.
There is some slight wear to the corners, overall it is in good condition.
