An original 1902 poster or sales flyer for the auction sale of a variety of properties in Leicester.
There were 7 properties in the auction which was held by H & F Tarratt at their Auction Mart in Market Street, Leicester.
The properties were building land in Albion Street, a residence in Humberstone Road, a house in Highfield Street, building land in St Ives Road, 2 houses in Preston Street, houses and a shop in St Saviours Road.

The size is 42 x 22cm.
There are several small tears to the top edge and central fold but none of these affect the body of the poster.
It has been folded and will be posted folded on original fold lines with stiff card protection.
A good piece of Leicester ephemera that could be framed or used as local history reference.
