These very attractive cards featuring British butterflies were issued with Wills Cigarettes in 1927. They are a set of 50 original cards.
Each card has an illustration of the butterfly on the front together with a brief description of the butterfly and its habitat on the back of the card.
A beautiful set of cards depicting the wide range of British butterflies and would look very good framed.
The size of the cards is approximately 6.5 x 3.5cm.
There is some wear commensurate with the age of these cards but overall the set is in good condition.
