These cigarette cards featuring game birds and wild fowl were issued with John Players Cigarettes in 1927.
They show the wide range of birds that can be found in the British Isles.
Each card has a colour illustration of the bird on the front and a brief description of the bird and its habitat on the back.
It is interesting to see the wide variety of game birds and wild fowl that are found in the British Isles.
They are a set of 50 original cards.
The cards are approx 6.5 x 3.5cm in size.
There is some wear commensurate with the age of these cards but overall the set is in good condition.
