Original auction sale catalogue from 1923 for houses in and around Rugby, Warwickshire. The sale was for properties in Rugby, Hillmorton and Kilsby.
The first house is Melbourne House, The Green, Kilsby. Obviously a substantial house complete with stables and paddock.
The second is a house on the Hilmorton Paddox Estate in Hillmorton. I think this house is on what is now called Ashlawn Road.
The third house is The Villa, Elborow Street, Rugby. It was a three storey house with numerous outbuildings on the corner with West Street which no longer exists.
The document comprises 4 pages and has been folded into 3 sections. Size 255 x 205mm and in good condition.
