Senior Service drink stirrer
A drinks stirrer produced to advertise Senior Service cigarettes. Presumably these were given to pubs, clubs and bars by the tobacco company.
The front face has a very nautical theme in keeping with the brand image. It shows a galleon in full sail at the top and an anchor at the base. The name Senior Service is written in 'rope' along the stem of the stirrer. On the reverse is the Senior Service slogan of
"Senior Service satisfies".
Size 160mm long and 28mm wide at its widest point.
There is nothing to give the age but I would estimate it as being from the 1960's or 70's.
Interesting piece with both drinks and tobacco interest.
