Struggle for Existence, 1923
These cards showing how various plants survive in their natural habitat were issued with John Players Cigarettes in 1923.
They are a set of 25, each card has an illustration of the plant on the front and the way they have adapted to their environment on the back.
Very interesting to see how all the plants have evolved to survive the vagaries of the natural world.
The cards are approx 6.5 x 3.5cm.
