Original auction sale particulars for "Freehold accommodation and Agricultural properties" being the Buckingham Glebe at Gawcott near Buckingham. The auction took place at The Swan & Castle Hotel, Buckingham in July 1918.
It comprises 5 printed pages together with a separate plan of the land for sale and 2 letters from the solicitor for the purchaser.
The land for sale were 3 lots either side of Gawcott. The document gives details of each of the lots that were for sale together with details of the tenants and their annual rents.
This copy of the particulars appears to have been used by the purchaser of lots 2 & 3 as there are 2 letters between the solicitors relating to these. Interestingly the purchaser appears to be the tenant of two of the lots.
The overall size of the particulars is 360 x 255mm. The plan of the lots is 800 x 580mm. Both documents have been folded and are a bit grubby but are still in good condition.
They will be posted folded on the original fold lines.
