A copy of Counter Point the "Official Staff Magazine of the Bristol Co-operative Society Ltd" dated July 1964. It was issue number 2 of Volume 17.
The magazine has 24 pages, including covers, and features all the news of the day for the Bristol Co-op.
Very interesting feature about the recently re-organised Record Bar "one of the most popular departments at Fairfax House", including visits by Russ Conway and Acker Bilk.
Also details on the latest staff marriages, retirements, forthcoming attractions and competition winners plus general co-operative items.
180 x 125mm in size.
It has been well read and has a fold down the centre, nevertheless it is fully complete and still an interesting magazine.
Overall a very interesting piece of Bristol and Co-operative ephemera.
Please note. I do my best to accurately photograph and describe the condition of the items for sale, including any minor defects but all pieces are vintage and have had previous lives and so may have minor flaws.
