Here I have 2 packs of playing cards advertising Hovis bread and flour.
The 2 packs are different as one has a harvest scene on the back and the other a leather effect picture. Both are full packs, the brown backed set has two jokers but there are no jokers for the green backed set.
The boxes for both packs have seen better days but they are still useable to hold the playing cards.There is no indication of their age, although the green backed pack appears to be the older.
Interesting packs that will appeal to advertising, playing card and kitchenalia collectors alike.
