Old inkwells that would have been used in school desks. I am sure they will bring back lots of memories for the people who sat at school desks and used these.
I have 3 different types of inkwell at the moment. The first are black and made of a rigid styrene. These are made in one piece. They are all identical but on the base some have the initials ESA whilst others have Gadeware and Made in Great Britain. I would think that these are from the 1960's or 70's. They are approx 34mm high, 44mm diameter at the rim and with a minimum hole size of 33mm.
I do have several of this type, if you require more than 1 please select quantity required in shopping cart.
The second type are an ivory coloured plastic. These are made in one piece and have the name Nulite on the base. Overall height is about 35mm, the diameter of the top is 44mm and the minimum hole size is 32mm.
The third type is a small brown bakelite inkwell. 30mm high, 38mm diameter at the rim and with a minimum hole size of 29mm. On the underside it says Made in England, Pat. 398131.
I also have china school desk inkwells, please follow the link below.
Please note. I do my best to accurately photograph and describe the condition of the items for sale, including any minor defects but all pieces are vintage and have had previous lives and so may have minor flaws.
