Sea Adventure
These cards showing events from the history of seafaring were issued with Ogdens Cigarettes in 1939.
They are a set of 50. Each card has an illustration of an historical event on the front and a brief description of the event or famous person on the back.
The set covers the history of seafaring of all nations but it principally deals with British history and famous British sailors and explorers.
The cards are approx 6.5 x 3.5cm.
