These old bridle holders will make great, quirky hat and coat hooks.
Made of a red nylon coated steel they have a hook at the bottom, for coats, and a curved section above to hold your hat.
They would also be ideal to hold dog leads, umbrellas or walking sticks
Unbranded, but possibly Stubbs, they have Made in England on the back.
Difficult to give an age but the plastic coating is quite typical of the 1970's.
They are 13cm high with a hook projection of 4cm, the top section projects 7.5cm. Overall 9.5cm wide. Three fixing holes. The nylon coating covers the whole item.
The hooks have been used and are a bit grubby and with some very slight damage to the plastic coating. I have only partially cleaned them so that customers can see that they are authentic and not reproduction, but they would benefit from a final cleaning .
Great hooks that will really add colour and a quirky style to wherever you fix them. Perfect for your cloakroom or in a bar or restaurant.
Please note. I do my best to accurately photograph and describe the condition of the items for sale, including any minor defects but all pieces are vintage and have had previous lives and so may have minor flaws.
