A postcard showing Ely Cathedral from Cherry Hill Park. There is a title to the bottom of the card that is barely readable saying West Towers, Ely Cathedral.
Good coloured card published by Valentines but there is no reference number.
The postcard was posted in Ely in 1907.
It is addressed to Mrs Speed-Andrews, she was the receptionist for A & G Taylor, who were postcard publishers, and the card is a report by a rep on the sales for the day. He had sold about £3 worth of cards at the time he wrote the postcard.
Some rounding of corners, otherwise good condition.
Please note. I do my best to accurately photograph and describe the condition of the items for sale, including any minor defects but all pieces are vintage and have had previous lives and so may have minor flaws.
Postage is for UK only, please enquire for overseas postage.
