Auction sale advert dated 1903 for the Victoria Vaults, Tavistock Street, Leamington Spa.
Singe sheet with the details of the public house and the auction, which took place at the Crown Hotel, Leamington Spa. At the time of the auction the property was leased to the Northampton Brewery Company.
Some creasing to the sheet and it has been folded in the past. It will be posted flat with card backing.
