This is a nice little viewer for 35mm slides. This type of viewer was very popular when slides were a common way of boring friends and family with holiday photos.
It is called the KP Knickerbocker 35mm Slide Viewer and was made by Jonathan Fallowfield Ltd of London. It is made of a rigid styrene type material in a mottled blue/grey with a glass lens. It has an "adjustable magnification" feature.
Inside there is space for 2 batteries to provide the light for the slides. There are no batteries included.
The viewer is still in the original box. There is no indication of when it was manufactured but I would think that it is from the 1950's or 60's.
Overall it is 125mm wide, 58mm high and 40mm front to back. It is in good condition.
This viewer is sold as a collectors item and cannot be guaranteed to be in full working order due to its age.
