These very attractive cards are the 1st Series featuring Wild Flowers and were issued with Wills Cigarettes in 1923.
They are a set of 50 and should not be confused with the later adhesive backed 2nd series which has a less ornate back.
Each card has an illustration of a wild flower on the front together with a brief description of the flower, its botanic name and where it grows on the back.
The card size is approximately 6.5 x 3.5cm and have a non-adhesive finish to the back.
