An old colour postcard of Rudyard Village, Staffordshire. The view is probably from what is now the B331, Rudyard Lane, and with the high viewpoint it is likely it was from the bridge of the North Staffordshire Railway where it crosses the road.
Good colour card published by Valentines with their reference number 52929.
Written on reverse and posted from Wilmslow but the date on the franking is unclear. The card was written by Alice of Mount Pleasant, Wilmslow and was sent to Pine Road, Didsbury. Both houses probably still exist today.
Slight rounding of corners otherwise the card is in good condition.
