A coloured postcard titled "Hereford Cathedral and Bridge" showing the St Martin's Street bridge over the River Wye with the Cathedral behind. This is the old view before the new bridge to by-pass the St Martin's Street bridge was built. Quiet scene with what appears to be a boat hire station in the foreground.
The card was published by Valentines but does not have any reference number on it. It is unposted and undated but I would guess that it was probably published just before or just after WW1.
There is some wear on the corners but otherwise it is in pretty good condition.
Please note. I do my best to accurately photograph and describe the condition of the items for sale, including any minor defects but all pieces are vintage and have had previous lives and so may have minor flaws.
Postage is for UK only, please enquire for overseas postage.
