Herne VIllage with Upper and Lower Red Lion pubs
A old postcard of Herne Village in Kent. Originally posted in Herne Bay in 1910.
Interesting card showing the Upper and Lower Red Lion pubs together with 2 horse drawn coaches. Obviously a peak traffic period.
The card was published by the Photochrom Co Ltd as part of their Celesque Series, it has the reference number 38597.
Some marking around the edges but otherwise good condition.
