Dogs, A series, cigarette cards by Gallahers
These cards were issued by Gallaher Ltd in 1936 and feature a variety of breeds of dogs.
They are a set of 48, each card has an illustration of a dog on the front and on the back a brief description of the breed.
A variety of breeds that were popular at the time are featured, in some cases the 'breed standard' has changed quite a bit since the cards were published.
The cards are approx 6.3 x 3.7cms.
