Sooty Toy Sweet Shop scales
Lovely old toy scales, these are identical to scales that I have seen in photos of a 1950's Sooty's Sweet Shop.
They have the name Berwick on them, a toy company that was founded in 1935.

They have a plastic base and the see-saw type scale pans are removeable.
The base is approx 110mm long and the scale pans 130 mm long, overall height is approx 45mm.
They are in good condition.
