A colour postcard of The Rows in Bridge Street, Chester. The card is titled Old Houses, Chester which presumably refers to the houses above the rows of shops. Although the shopfronts have changed, the buildings above are still very much the same.
Good coloured card. Issued by Shureys Publications in their Fine Art Postcards series that were distibuted in their various magazines etc.
Undated and unposted but I would think it was issued before WW1.
Some rounding of corners and a small tear near top right corner but this is not visible from the front of the card.
